It's an easy thing to be tircked into....I recall a spokesperson from WHO 
who in the midst of the melamine contamination scandal in China was quoted 
as saying that it was important to ensure the availability of "safe powdered 
infant formula"...I wondered where such a product could be found.
I think that it is a shame that WHO could not come up with a better 
descriptor than safe to mean situations where infant mortality in 
artificially fed infants is very low....'bout time that course was updated 
too methinks!
