Coach Smith back again, worried that I confused an important issue.

Everything I've read about H1N1 flu, especially the CDC guidance documents,
fairly screams TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF. DO NOT rely on my opinion or advice -
read the published guidance!

Use all the sensible precautions advised in the documents - wash your hands
frequently, avoid crowds if possible, cover your sneezes, etc. Be proactive
and go to a doctor quickly if you start showing symptoms. Especially if you
have other health conditions like asthma or pregnancy.

Many CDC guidance documents have been carefully prepared and address the
issues around vaccines for flu, medications for treating flu, and more. Some
of documents published as of today are:

*	Feeding Your Baby: What Parents Should Know
<http://www.cdc.gov/h1n1flu/infantfeeding.htm>
http://www.cdc.gov/h1n1flu/infantfeeding.htm
*	Considerations Regarding Novel H1N1 Flu Virus in Obstetric Settings
<http://www.cdc.gov/h1n1flu/guidance/obstetric.htm>
http://www.cdc.gov/h1n1flu/guidance/obstetric.htm
*	What Pregnant Women Should Know About H1N1 Virus
<http://www.cdc.gov/h1n1flu/guidance/pregnant.htm>
http://www.cdc.gov/h1n1flu/guidance/pregnant.htm
*	Pregnant Women and Novel Influenza A (H1N1) Virus: Considerations
for Clinicians  <http://www.cdc.gov/h1n1flu/clinician_pregnant.htm>
http://www.cdc.gov/h1n1flu/clinician_pregnant.htm
*	Interim Recommendations for Facemask and Respirator Use to Reduce
Novel Influenza A (H1N1) Virus Transmission
<http://www.cdc.gov/h1n1flu/masks.htm> http://www.cdc.gov/h1n1flu/masks.htm

And be sure to check the CDC sites and www.flu.gov <http://www.flu.gov/>
frequently, as information is updated frequently.
