Thanks so much to all who have responded to my query about WHERE is the
evidence about not refreezing breastmilk -- personally and on this forum.
I think the reason they put "previously frozen" on the thawed fish in the
market is so we won't assume it is fresh -- not so we won't freeze it.
They do mark other fish, "fresh, never frozen." Otherwise in my grocery
anyway, they would label it DO NOT REFREEZE and they don't. This is the grocery
store that marked an huge heavy plastic trash bin "inedible" just in case
someone might have mistaken it for the entree for dinner.
I will add this to the growing list of studies that are in dire need of
being done -- something practical for LCs to be able to use in their
practices....
