What happens if the Mum turns up to work with a baby strapped to her
back, yet still makes her quota?
Keeping baby with you whilst you work fields, is the traditional
response. Where are the babies? Can they be brought to Mum?
I imagine this is going to be easier to fix, if you work to allow the
baby to come with Mum, as opposed to trying to make it that Mum's milk,
gets to the baby.

I have a humble request for ideas on how to help our WIC moms ( or any other moms for that matter) that work in the fields 6 days a week, 8 hours/day, and have no car and no place to pump (usually port-o-potty is their only choice) to continue to exclusively BF. I tried to search the archives, but am not sure what to look for.
