I am looking for a telephone triage tool for the nurses in the peds office. Maybe a flip chart or something quick and easy that focuses on issues of breastfed babies. I saw in the archives that the a-z breastfeeding triage book was recommended. Would this work well for nurses in a peds office? Also, what would be good for nurses in an ob/gyn office? Something focusing on breast and mom issues. Maybe the same reference would work well in both offices? I know some issues cross over and mother's will ask peds about breast issues and obgyns about baby issues. Thanks!
