I would see it as a great opportunity to ensure that the NAPNAP video
instructs parents to prepare powdered infant formula in accordance with the
WHO recommendations.

sure that NAPNAP will be concerned that anything with their name on it
contains only evidence based advice. Unfortunately for NAPNA, it might
result in some conflict with the IFC.
