Anita had asked if sub mucous cleft can be repaired. Here is a website with

The baby I mentioned was referred to ENT and a repair was discussed but the
baby was not followed up with in lactation so we do not know if a repair
was done. I think this is a very under diagnosed condition--I had never
heard of it until I attended the ILCA pre- conference on clefts and I had been
a NICU nurse for 25 yrs.
