There are a couple of my papers that might be of assistance
Gribble, K. D. (2008). Long-term breastfeeding: changing attitudes and
overcoming challenges. Breastfeeding Review 16 (1): 5-15.
Gribble, K. D. (2009). ‘As good as chocolate’ and ‘better than ice cream’
how toddler, and older, breastfeeders experience breastfeeding. Early Child
Development and Care 179 (8) 1067-1082
I will send these to you privately. There is also a book chapter on how
children experience breastfeeding that I've written that will be coming out
in a book early next year (but can't remember the title of the boo- ooops)
