Does anyone have any experience with the 100% natural rubber Trestria pillow?

It is being advertised for use as a pregnancy body pillow  AND (under
the bottom sheet) for use in co-sleeping or  to keep siblings
separated in bed.  I am wondering how squishy it is, my concern being
that babies cannot be smothered if they roll over into it.
