 This mom has undergone quite a bit of treatment, some fairly expensive as well. My thought is it's time to quit guessing and do some tests. Her milk could be cultured to see exactly what she's dealing with. Maybe she's never had candida. It could be eczema, psoriasis, contact dermatitis. Bringing in a dermatologist at this time might prove helpful. Having an open wound on the side of her nipples for a while most likely will have an infection of some sort.
