I am supporting a mum who seems to have a segment of her breast engorged,
and it does seem to be very similar to all we know re blockages/ mastitis.
Anyhow she has a deep fear that it is cancer. I don't know how likely it is
and how she would know anyhow, she has been to GP twice in last few days,
who has been reassuring.

I don't want to dismiss her fears.

Any thoughts welcome
