I have a mother with a 5 month old baby. Breastfeeding is going well. She has had a white blister on her nipple for
about 2-3 months now. She said it pops every once in awhile, gets crusty like it will dry up and go away, but then it comes back. She used to have sharp pains with it but those have passed and she now just has some tenderness. She does not have any tenderness or swelling in the breast. She did have a clogged duct, possibly mastitis, in that breast about 2-3 months ago. What would cause it to keep re-forming? Any suggestions? Thanks!
