Hi there my British colleagues,
I have a client who is trying to rescue her milk supply due to some
mismanagement (not mine). We have talked about all the usual ways to
increase milk supply and she will be employing them. She will be travelling to
England on Friday and I would love to know whether Domperidone is available
in England. Is it over the counter, is it by prescription - can she get her hands
on it over there????
Thanks,
Kathy Lilleskov RN IBCLC in Brooklyn, USA where there is a drug for everything
under the sun,but the only available medication to assist with milk supply
makes women so depressed they give up and turn to formula...... :(
