Hmm, I wonder if this baby's mom's milk supply issues could have 
anything to do with his lack of tongue elevation?

And anemia in a 14 mo old is often due to poor quality solid foods as 
well. I imagine there's not a lot of meat to feed him. He looks more 
like a 14 week old.
