For the
Google's front page www.google.com (the occasional artwork around the "Google" that is such fun to follow), indicated that today is the special day for an artist. It's Mary Cassatt's birthday.
I googled Mary Cassatt and was shown thumbnails of lovely mother-child artworks. Wikipedia tells me further that "Cassatt often created images of the social and private lives of women, with particular emphasis on the intimate bonds between mothers and children."
I didn't see a breastfeeding portrait in my exploration, but those children were *undoubtedly* breastfed by the women holding them - the bond is there to see on the canvas.
I've started my day with a bit of a lump in my throat.
And then I dispersed the lump by thinking that if Google helped us announce World Breastfeeding Week, those O's would be perfect for.....hm..... Talk about "Report image"! It would take a good graphic designer to resist using the O's and make a breastfeeding baby out of the e, perhaps.
Best wishes
