Poland has a wonderful Lactation Consultant Association, I spoke at 
their conference a year or so ago. There are IBCLCs throughout the major 
cities.

The European Lactation Consultant Association (VELB) may have a referral 
list online, the Polish Lactation Consultant Association is a member of 
VELB.
