I would venture an educated guess that it is determined somewhat by birth
weight & gestational age, SGA, LGA or AGA etc.  I think any figure would be
very arbitrary and subject to abuse/distortion and whatever other ways of
being misused that you can think of.  I think early on, frequency and change
of color is a indicator of intake, not total weight of how much mec or poop
is produced.  That's just me being logical.  Whether or not anyone has EVER
bothered to weigh  and record is another whole question/research study.  or
