Laura,
What is mom doing to heal her gut? Jennifer Tow has repeatedly said moms
must heal their own intestine first and foremost. Has this mom been seen
by someone, preferably a naturopath who will do non-invasive muscle testing
on her (and baby, too)? If she continues to have a leaky gut because it
isn't being treated by more than elimination her baby will likely continue to
react to her milk. Suggesting mom take a good probiotic and reducing
inflammation with coconut oil are a few of the things I remember Jennifer
suggesting. Also, medically, there is the pediatric GI specialist whose name I
can't find at the moment, but she's from Georgia I think and is
breastfeeding knowledgeable. Perhaps, others on this list have her contact info
handy. Hope mom and baby continue to breastfeed and are left alone. I've had a
mom in this situation and it turned out she had many allergies and really
had to change her whole dietary regime and health practices to heal over
time.
