Lisa,
I don't have the link, but I work in a hospital that has a high risk antenatal wing and I have seen this occasionally. Often the patients present with clinical engorgement. We had a pt. Last week who was preeclamptic and they were inducing her. She was engorged and wanted to pump for relief, and our residents told her that it wasn't a good idea!

Hi everyone,
I am wondering if anyone might have access to this rather obscure study?
Thank you,
Lisa
