Hi Roselina,
Could you describe "nibbling" more fully?
Sure, this is what I mean by Nibbling: baby just sits there, latched on,
waiting for the milk let down, and meanwhile, he just sucks, the same way
when a baby sucks on a pacifier or onto a breast to stimulates the
prolactin. No deep sucks. Just fast sucks. He keeps the same pattern even
with a let down!

You say that the baby has a good latch and suck, but is nibbling.
Sharon, I see that the latch is good, he has a strong vacuum, but I do not
see deep sucks and swallowing.
I have observed that the suckling at the breast changes right after CST.
The Therapist worked on him for about 20mn, he then asked mom to latch the
baby, and the baby started to have good deep sucks that you could even hear
him swallowing from across the room! Of course, as soon as he got home, he
started to nibble again with no deep sucks even during let down.
Today, mom just called and told me that he is doing more deep sucks, hears
him swallowing, he is sleeping btw feedings, and he has been voiding and
pooping and she HAS NOT BEEN SUPPLIMENTING HIM FOR THE PAST 24 HOURS! That
means that he is finally transferring milk form the breast! It took this
baby about 1 month to start the transferring of milk, 2 CST visits (lots of
support from the IBCLC..me) and he is now, finally in syntony with the
breast!
ALLELUIA!!!
