I'm just jumping in to mention that I indeed gave mothers "rules" (of
thumb, actually.) They are:
1. Feed baby whenever he/she is hungry
2. Don't stop until he/she is full!
Simple, right?! Of course, these two simple "rules" kick off more
complete explanations, but they're easy to remember!
