Ok, I have to chime in here too... when I saw Dawn Kersulas note :-)   I 
learned from a friend who was way into natural foods etc.  Dr Smith I 
think was his name and he had a book we read.. but mainly I learned from 
the Bradley book and just luck I guess... I had this easy boy, who 
didn't ever have trouble.  We nursed everywhere... I was really into it 
all.  I too went to my first La Leche meeting while pregnant and that 
was all it took. I encourage all moms to try at least one meeting... I 
tell them " It's the icing on the cake" Today, sometimes all I do is say 
you're doing so well and just watch.  I still love it.   Linda  Rosetti
