Kaiser Permanente Bellflower Medical Center January 28, 2009 Morning Update – All is Well

BELLFLOWER, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--January 28, 2009--Kaiser Permanente announced today that mom and the octuplets are all doing fine, and there will be no further briefings until there are new developments.

Kaiser Permanente’s Bellflower Medical Center reports that the octuplets are doing well. Of the 8 babies, five are being fed donated breast milk. Three are still on oxygen.

All are in incubators so mom did see her babies last night, but has not yet held them. Mom will also start pumping milk to save up for her babies.

The next update will be sent at 4:00 pm.
