In the Vitamin D discussion, I wanted to share that I have been taking
Vitamin D myself. Last fall my doctor found that my Vitamin D levels were
low and felt that could be contributing to joint pain I was having. I have
been taking fish oil for several years, so I was surprised. I do limit time
in the sun because I have fair skin and burn easily.
Anyway, my friend told me about this company's vitamin D3, which is
available in 2000 units per drop.

I wonder if it can be produced in a one drop dosage for adults, if it would
be available for children in smaller units per drop. It is easy to put one
drop in a little milk, juice or water.
Thought I would let you know about this option if you need to take it
yourself or if you know mothers who need it as well. Dr. Wagner's research
on Vitamin D is very interesting.
