I know that you are wanting someone to testify but you might find
someone connected to the Center For Investigative Reporting in San
Francisco. The investigative reporter, Mark Schapiro has a book,
EXPOSED , with end notes containing articles and names of people who
testified in the state of California hearings on toxic chemicals
including BPA and phthalates. You can Goggle Mark Schapiro too.
The book and its author are responsible for the recent widespread
awareness of the laxity (and complicity) of our "protection"
agencies. I recommend it to anyone who is interested in the threat of
our daily "chemical feasts."
