Thanks for your reaction, Karleen! Nancy send me a digital version, so I
have it at hand. ;-)
Appointment will be this week, so we will see what we can do.
We have a saying in Dutch: "You don't catch flies with vinegar". For a while
now, I trying my utmost to be a little less confronting in my tackling
issues, in order not to loose influence on the long term.
This is a thin line to walk and one I'm still busy with; I'm progessing, I
think, but it's hard to find the exactly right balance.
