I believe this poll was posted on LACTNET last summer; the results I saw are
listed below and it is still open.  Some voters, pro and con, submit their
choice more than once by closing the site and then reconnecting.  We may be
able to increase the percentage for "Yes" by voting - there are over 2500 of
