I have worked with at least one mum whose persistent (thrush like) symptoms
turned out to be nipple vasospasm (without observable blanching) which was
in fact, exacerbated by Diflucan ... yes, we were for some months actually
making it worse.  Once the vasospasm was treated (pharmacologically) things
improved out of sight.
