I suggest emailing Oxfam.

Subject: supporting breastfeeding programmes
Nina and Karleen
I'm intrigued. Where can I find out more about the breastfeeding
clinic educational campaign focusing on HIV/AIDS in Zimbabwe??
Oxfam Australia is selling mother/baby dolls to support their programme in
Zimbabwe. The dolls are hand made by mothers who are supporting children
with a disability. These dolls are 'twins'. When one is purchased here,
another is given to a child in Zimbabwe.
"By purchasing the Mother & Baby, you are providing work to women with
disabled children making dolls. For each doll they make for Australia, Oxfam
Shop is donating an additional $1 to their breast feeding clinic educational
campaign focusing on HIV/AIDS."
