I have permission to post an unusual situation r/t breastfeeding mom. She is nursing a baby who is 8 months old. She is complaining of very shiny , oily breasts, saying she has to wipe her breasts off before nursing. It looks like "someone put baby oil on her breasts". She was told several months ago that she has lupus, declined treatment due to medications and having to wean. I wonder if any of you have ever seen this type of situation. Thanks for any input.
