Hello smart and experienced LC, I had mom today with tiny white blisters around her 
nipple-on areolas,( 20+) on both sides. She is in pain since yesterday (DOL 1). This is her 
3rd baby she had the same with her other 2 babies. She BF for 4 weeks and she was in pain 
throughout that time. Nobody could help her so she stopped BF. She wants to BF her baby desperately. Shield didn't help, baby latch is perfect, she also has a Tale of Spence. 
Pumping is not as painful as BF. so POC I suggested for today since she can't put baby to 
breast due to pain is to pump? Please,education needed.
