Hello, I have attended a parenting class last night. At the end of the
evening we spoke about the necessity of establishing boundaries. At that
point the lecturer casually mentioned that she always nurses her children
until two and a half. Sometimes longer and she has a pair of twins. There
were shocked gasps in the audience. I was very happy. Most women in my
community do not watch or listen to mass media. Such an announcement by a
very respected individual will go along way to promote breastfeeding.
