She said it is increasing by about 2 ml per day and is up to about 28 ml as
a 34 hour todal, I am wondering how much it should increase.

I'm confused by your question.   The mother reports getting 2 mls per day 
NOW, and yet she was getting 28 mls per day (cc = mls) a few days ago.

Is your question: "Why has her supply gone down?"?   Or was there some 
confusion with her reporting of the units of measurement?  It's not easy to 
measure 2 mls at home, as it's less than half a teaspoon.  So most likely 
she is getting far more than 2 mls per day - but *how* much more?

On www.asklenore.com, there are several different medical protocols.  The 
shortest one is "at least 30 days" but most are at least 60 days long, if 
this is possible before the baby arrives, so two weeks is a little early to 
make a final assessment.

Lenore says "It takes 2-3 weeks to build the milk supply."   ....but this is

*after* spending a minimum of 30 days on the protocol (ie hormone pills and 
domperidone).

Karleen Gribble has posted before on when the hormonal protocol would not be

suitable for induced lactation.
