I am equally unimpressed, in fact I am horrified
that an employer gives away formula in this way.
This utterly wipes out any Brownie points from
the smart pumping room and the free pump
rental...which don't deserve Brownie points
anyway, as none of this is the same as decent
maternity leave plus flexible working conditions
so women have a truly supported choice to
breastfeed.
I am shocked (but not surprised) that a company
can present this as good practice.
Frankly, it stinks :(
