I love the gold and white milk terms and will use them :))
I am also very happy when I call 'foremilk' - 'the juicy part of the
feed', and 'hindmilk' - 'the creamy part'. I always talk about how
they mix together when there's a good let-down reflex and encourage
listening for it. I see so many mothers with babies who are getting
half the amount they could do because a health professional (who has
not had the benefit of a recent training or update) is fussing and
fretting them about hindmilk.
