Dear Janine,
Please check and refer to M.O. Many years ago while assessing a mum in labour ( before CTGs therefore sitting with hand on fundus), chatting about if she was planning to breast feed. Mum stated not this time because she had some bleeding from one nipple during pregnancy, reassured by M.O. that all was ok. This turned out to be breast cancer, had only lived a further 6 months.
This is not to upset you, but has stayed with me for 35 years!
Bye, Barbara
