well, if there is no tongue-tie, then I suspect the (smart) baby has figured
out how to slow the strong flow to her liking. Thius is made even more
likely due to the fact there is a toddler nursing as well. I suspect gain
is fast.
I have found a nipple shield to be useful in this situation. The firehose
spray is briken by the shield, and the milk pools so the baby can handle it
in their own time. Can often remove the shield later in the feeding.
