Thanks, Susan Burger, for your thoughtful posts. I think you're right - we
are looking at a lot of outliers when we think of so many of our clients. We
need to stand back and really think analytically about what's going on with
solids.

And I also think Susan's right when it comes to how babies start solids - I
remember being at a baby shower when one of girlfriends started feeding
someone else's baby some ice cream = the baby was well under six months. I
think she would've dipped in the Cool Whip (an American phenomenon made from
what I am sure is industrial waste....) next except that every mother in the
room started screaming at her!
