The biochemist who spoke at the ILCA conference could probably give you all
the info you need. Here is his name and e-mail info

Mark D. Cregan, BSc PGDip, PhD
The University of Western Australia, Cawley, Western Australia
[log in to unmask]

His research was outstanding! He had no agenda other than he was fasinated
with the properties of human milk!
He had breakdowns of all the components of human milk. I'm sure you will find
what you are looking for.

best,
robin
