Hi Robin,

Isn't there some confusion here, with viruses...?
I thought bacteria (especially pathogenic ones) get killed, either with or
without antibiotics, or else you would constantly be ill, right...?
I thought viruses flare up, when circumstances are good for them or when
your own condition is suboptimal (low resistance).
I'd love to be corrected on this one, should it be wrond! ;o)

Warmly,

Marianne Vanderveen, Netherlands (getting to bed now, at 23.14 pm, to keep
up resistence, now that the kids are back in school and we can't sleep until
10 or 11 am... hahaha)

From what I understand, once you have MRSA, you have been colonized and
you carry this bacteria. As long as she has no open sores, there shouldn't
be
a problem. Once a carrier, always a carrier is what I have been told by
infection control.
