Hi all,
May I bring your attention to the current scientific efforts to
emulate human milk by using farm animals? I recently had a review
published on the ILCA website (www.ilca.org -> log in as a member ->
Education Materials -> Print ad Multimedia Reviews -> May 2008
Reviews -> Bioactive Components of Milk). Basically, a huge amount of
money is spent on research that yields results that do not
commensurate the efforts and expense. Marsha is also right: the
resulting products are not biologically compatible with the human baby
the way human milk is.
