I found this on the LLLI website (http://www.llli.org/Law/
Bills31b.html). Perhaps it is a start:
SUMMARY OF ENACTED BREASTFEEDING LEGISLATION
OHIO
Ohio now has legislation addressing breastfeeding in public. The
Governor of Ohio signed SB 41 into law on June 14, 2005, which shall
take effect in 90 days (September 12, 2005).
Sec. 3781.55. A mother is entitled to breast-feed her baby in any
location of a place of public accommodation wherein the mother
otherwise is permitted.
"Place of public accommodation" has the same meaning as in section
4112.01 of the Revised Code.
