Please I really need advice with my client who is 8 months pregnant. She has
given permission for me to write in to Lactnet.
It is her second pregnancy, first ended in miscarriage at 3 months.
Last night, she felt acute pain prior to the bleeding from both nipples and she
has very tender breasts. She described the blood as a spurt initially and then
leaking out, it subsided and then occured again this morning.
On examination today, her breasts were very tender, no obvious signs of
bleeding, no cracks or fissures, however she was tense and very worried.
Please would you help either to my private email; address, [log in to unmask]
or to the list.
Thank you,
Janine Johnson
