I'm a postpartum nurse and IBCLC. Yesterday I had a mom and baby who were 
nursing great all day every 2-3 hours, it is moms second child and she nursed 
the first for 18 mths. Baby stooled at birth but then nothing for 36 hrs. Lots of 
voids. 
How long can you wait until baby needs a supplement?  thanks
