I wouldn't be afraid to get that breast cleared by pumping. Then take a look
at Linda Smith's website on how to wean when you're in full production
(well....you know what I mean!). The handout is called "Rapid Reduction of
Milk Supply". The website is redone but all those great articles are still
there....

And you never know, when she sees that milk that she could give to her baby
maybe she will. In any case, a little "milk of human kindness" from you may
help her decide to breastfeed her next baby ...
