There is a recent evaluation of the British Peer counsellor programme to be downloaded from here
http://www.lllgbpcp.org.uk/index.php?id=40 [summary]
Ther are some sources which will lead you to others
There's a good resume [referenced] www.breastfeeding.nhs.uk/en/docs/FINAL_Breastfeeding_Guide.pdf - this was given to all midwives and HVs in the UK
www.nice.org.uk/niceMedia/documents/breastfeeding_summary.pdf - this again a summary, but the full guidelines will be referenced

sorry bit short on time today to dig further
Helen
