Anyone know if it's safe to use in pregnancy? I've read conflicting
reports....

There are no studies on its effect - does it increase prolactin levels, does it work on the prostaglandin pathway, does it inhibit PIF? All I know is anecdotally. Some moms who were on fenugreek have switched and found it more effective and no smell associated!
