Subject: Induced Lactation
Hello Very Wise Ones,
I am so excited because I just got a call from a woman adopting a
baby
due 3/8. She wants to breastfeed.
I kind of remember from class that the adoptive mom is put on
birth
controll pills to make the body think it's pregnant, stop the pills and
begin
pumping.
Is this correct, do we have enough time to bother with the pills
and if so
which pill would be the best?
Thank you all in advance. I've been an LC for 3 years and this is
my first
experience with this!
