This issue is included in Fiona Giles's book Fresh Milk: The Secret
Life of Breasts. There are several short stories in that book, and I
cannot remember which one it is, sorry. Anyway, the mother in question
decided to continue breastfeeding, "rub herself afterwards" and take
advantage of the situation and enjoy with her dh.
