If you want to reach the listmothers with a message, the best address is 
lactnet-request*at*community.lsoft.com
You need to replace *at* with an ampersand, of course, but I wrote it this 
way on purpose, to avoid encrypting it in the archives.

Those of us who are nomail at any given time, may not see messages sent to 
the list itself.  Those messages also end up in the archives, where they may 
or may not belong. 

The lactnet-request address does reach us, always, unless we are completely 
without e-mail.  In that case, another of the listmothers usually has a way to 
reach the person for whom the message was intended.
